We believe you should “Let The Baker Bake!” About the opportunity: PayMe is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Sales Manager to lead new partner acquisition and drive revenue through high-impact distribution deals. You’ll be responsible for identifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships with platforms such as website builders, CRMs, marketplaces, and other software providers that can embed our financial products. This is a hands-on, outbound sales role targeting large-scale distribution partners. You’ll report directly to the leadership team and play a critical role in scaling PayMe’s reach through strategic B2B channels. You will: Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and online communication tools to follow up on inquiries and leads. Build and maintain relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Develop and deliver sales pitches that highlight the benefits of PayMe’s services. KYC Support Specialist

As a KYC Support Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of that process — verifying merchant information, managing compliance requirements, and helping the team strike the right balance between operational efficiency, strong conversion rates, and the highest regulatory standards. What you’ll be doing: Manage the end-to-end KYC onboarding process — merchant verification, document review, account validation, and compliance checks. Perform merchant due diligence to identify risks, inconsistencies, or suspicious activity, and support broader fraud prevention and risk assessment efforts. Communicate daily with merchants, collecting information, resolving issues, and guiding them through onboarding — while ensuring no case falls through the cracks. Partner with local and international acquirers and financial institutions to manage approvals and ongoing requirements. Support business growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements This is a hands-on operational role that combines analytical work with daily communication with merchants, acquirers, and financial partners. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Requirements: Native Hebrew – a must High level English (written and spoken). 1+ years of hands-on experience in KYC, Payments, Risk Operations, Fraud Prevention, or Merchant Operations. Staying organized is key. Assertiveness – a big part of the job is with the credit card companies and merchants. A fast effective process is the best process. Experience with SQL.
