About the opportunity:

Every merchant that joins our platform starts their journey through KYC. As a KYC Support Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of that process — verifying merchant information, managing compliance requirements, and helping the team strike the right balance between operational efficiency, strong conversion rates, and the highest regulatory standards.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Manage the end-to-end KYC onboarding process — merchant verification, document review, account validation, and compliance checks.
  • Perform merchant due diligence to identify risks, inconsistencies, or suspicious activity, and support broader fraud prevention and risk assessment efforts.
  • Communicate daily with merchants, collecting information, resolving issues, and guiding them through onboarding — while ensuring no case falls through the cracks.
  • Partner with local and international acquirers and financial institutions to manage approvals and ongoing requirements.
  • Proactively identify recurring issues, investigate root causes, and drive solutions.
  • Support business growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
  • This is a hands-on operational role that combines analytical work with daily communication with merchants, acquirers, and financial partners. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

Requirements:
  • Native Hebrew – a must
  • High level English (written and spoken).
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in KYC, Payments, Risk Operations, Fraud Prevention, or Merchant Operations.
  • Attention to detail – sometimes a tiny detail can have a huge effect. Let’s catch it early.
  • Order and structure – there are hundreds of merchants in the KYC process. Each at a different stage. Staying organized is key.
  • Assertiveness – a big part of the job is with the credit card companies and merchants. A fast effective process is the best process.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • AI literacy – ability to effectively use AI tools to improve productivity, research, and analysis.
