What will you be doing?

PayMe is looking for a Security Engineer to design, implement, maintain and monitor our security processes and infrastructure. This includes responsibility for security processes and training, PCI and ISO27001 certifications, physical office and cloud infrastructure.

  • Monitoring and maintaining all security aspects of our software and hardware
  • Documenting security processes
  • Managing our PCI DSS Level 1 and ISO27001 compliant environments
  • Identifying existing and emerging technology issues including security trends, vulnerabilities and threats
  • Threat intelligence
  • Sourcing and implementing new security solutions to increase the security of the organization
  • And much, much more!

What you need for this position

  • Hands on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc.
  • Hands on experience in application/code scanning and penetration testing.
  • Detailed technical knowledge of database, web servers, networking, cloud and operating system security.
  • Knowledge of the latest security trends.
  • Knowledge of OWASP and CIS.
  • Knowledge of AWS security standards, and best practices.
  • Ability to document and supervise security processes
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have knowledge/experience

  • Certifications in Security (CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CCSP, CCNA, etc)
  • Knowledge of PCI DSS/GDPR/ISO27001 process and compliance
  • Previously worked in a start-up company
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with Bash, Python, and Go
  • Experience with tools for accessing secrets securely (CyberArk DCA, etc)
  • Effective written and oral communication with multiple roles involving both business and technical sides

About the Role

As a backend software engineer at PayMe, you’ll become a valuable member of an innovative and fast-growing department, working in a truly Agile environment.

You will build FinTech products that help our clients as well as our internal departments to expand PayMe’s ecosystem and make an impact on our business daily.

We believe that developers should take full ownership of their work: from the initial feature planning phase alongside Product and Design; choosing the right technologies, designing the code and architecture; coding; PRing; and all the way to actual deployment in CI/CD environment, as well as post-deployment monitoring. It is all your responsibility.

Whether you enjoy writing complex business logic in the backend, take pleasure in writing clean and high-quality code, or tweaking infrastructure to perform well at scale, we encourage you to get your hands dirty end-to-end.

Collaborate with the rest of the engineering and product managers teams to design and launch new features end-to-end.

Our stack: PHP 7, Laravel, MariaDB, AWS, RabbitMQ, Docker, Elasticsearch, Redis, Linux.

What you need for this position

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in hands-on server-side coding (any OOP language, ex. Node.js, Java, C#, etc.).
  • 3+ years of experience working as part of development teams.
  • Designing and building the backend of complex in-house systems.
  • Production experience with SQL databases.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies while working in teams.
  • Ability to work closely with the product team and create technical designs based on product specs.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to provide mentorship to teammates.
  • Independent self-learner that knows how to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

What you’ll be doing

  • Take full ownership of specific products and manage the entire lifecycle, from ideation and business case through launch and growth.
  • Create a product roadmap while turning incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans.
  • Serve as the product leader of the agile development team, create user stories and specs, lead planning work, and monitor KPIs.
  • Communicate directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand needs and analyze market requirements.
  • Work daily with the R&D team, understand the technical dependencies, and make decisions on product features and priorities with optimizing the use of resources.

What you need for this position

  • 5+ years hands-on product management experience.
  • A track record  of designing & planning frictionless user experiences.
  • Experience with complex platform products such as: Analytics, Payments, Risk Management.
  • Ability to think of creative solutions to complex problems.
  • An ability to explain complex concepts and ideas in a simple and clear way to people from various backgrounds.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a track record of aligning different teams’ priorities to drive commitment to a shared goal.
  • To be self-organized, process driven and love to measure everything.
  • Experience in working intensively with technical teams.
  • Worked in an “Agile” development environment.

A big plus if you:

  • Have experience with APIs.
  • Have experience with FinTech and payments specifically.

What you’ll be doing

  • Take company wide ownership of Designing UI and UX for all of the company’s products across Web & Mobile.
  • Come up with a complete UX/UI vision for the company across all its products and implement the methodology across the company.
  • Create the perfect user experiences for onboarding, product activation, key user flows with simplicity and elegance as the cornerstone.
  • Create magical WOW moments throughout the user’s lifecycle where we can demonstrate the value we provide.
  • Work closely with product managers and developers to understand user needs and create UX/UI solutions to solve user issues despite occasional technical limitations. 

What you need for this position

  • At least 4 years of UX/UI design experience in a SaaS environment.
  • A deep understanding of UX principles based on behavioral psychology, cognitive biases and visual perception. You rely on methodology – not just intuition.
  • An exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong product and visual design sensibilities and experience in creating frictionless user experiences, concepts, customer journeys and specifying interaction details.
  • Experience in wireframing and prototyping using tools like Figma and Zeplin.
  • An ability to explain complex concepts and ideas in a simple and clear way to people from various backgrounds.
  • You are obsessed about the details and are excited to keep pushing your work until it is pixel-perfect.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Collaborate with QA & Dev Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
  • Execute manual test cases and analyze results, mostly on web based applications
  • Create logs to document testing phases and defects
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams
  • Help troubleshoot issues
  • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

What you need for this position?

  • Two years proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester
  • Knowledge of complete Software Test Life Cycle and Agile testing, with expertise in various testing methodologies and quality assurance techniques
  • Well versed in designing Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Set creation, review and execution with reporting to all management levels.
  • Involved in Documenting the test cases, pre-test conditions, input data, actual data and expected results for system integration testing.
  • Heavily involved in Performing Web based testing, Regression, Sanity, End to End,  User acceptance UAT , Black box, White Box.
  • Log, troubleshoot, track, and verify resolution of defects
  • Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr)
  • Experience in JIRA and Bitbucket For Defect Tracking and Management
  • Experience in SQL

Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust.

Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Provide independent and high-quality responses to our customers via phone and email
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
  • Identify process and product inefficiencies, gather feedback, data and examples from customers and agents, and partner with product development organization to deliver innovative and technology focused solutions

Requirements and Qualifications:
