About the Opportunity:

PayMe is looking for a talented Head of Marketing. As the Head of Marketing at PayMe, you will lead and drive all marketing initiatives, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s brand identity, market positioning, and growth strategies. You will oversee a talented team of marketers and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive measurable results. 
 
What you’ll be doing: 
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Utilize market research and data analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive opportunities.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing KPIs.
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across the organization.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and tactics for continuous improvement.
  • Lead the company’s digital marketing and customer acquisition.
  • Responsible for the company’s products’ demand generation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation in marketing.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Experience in Fintech industry is a plus.
