About the Opportunity:

PayMe is looking for a talented PPC Manager. As the PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Manager at PayMe, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing PPC campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions for our products/services. You will manage all aspects of PPC advertising across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of PPC best practices, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in driving ROI through PPC campaigns.
 
What you’ll be doing: 
  • Develop and execute PPC strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, revenue growth, and brand awareness.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords and optimize campaign performance.
  • Create and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies and budgets as needed to optimize performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and other elements to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, algorithm updates, and new features of PPC platforms, and incorporate best practices into campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align PPC strategies with overall business goals.
 
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in PPC management, with a demonstrated track record of success in driving results through PPC campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms, with hands-on experience in campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in campaign setup and optimization.
  • Experience with PPC bid management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
