About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Payments operations specialist to join our dynamic and innovative Payments Squad.
At the core of this position, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining all payments infrastructure for our partners and clients, including POS set up, communications with acquirers and issuers, resolve transactional inconsistencies, and managing all aspects of operations connected to payments products.
What you’ll be doing:
- Set up POS with SHVA and Acquirers.
- Investigate transactions and transactional data.
- Communications with Acquirers, issuers and SHVA.
- Payments process automation.
- Supporting customer success manager and customer support team.
- Support businesses and clients.
Requirements:
- Service-oriented personality with a can-do attitude.
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role in a technological environment.
- Fluent English – advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
- Experience with Zendesk, Google Calendar, Gmail, and Slack – a big plus.
- Strategic, Decisive, collaborative, innovative.
- Familiarity with payments industry is a must.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Multi-tasking abilities.
